Summary: You can hear people walking, talking and shutting their door through the walls plus a lady was yelling down the hall around 1am. The comforter on our bed looked dirty and had left over food on the comforter. There were previous guest clothes in the closet. We wanted to go to the pool but the lighting was very dim so it looked scary to go to the pool at night. I won't be booking this hotel again.

Summary: So it started with the lady in the front. Very rude and wanted to make sure everyone knew I rented 3rd party and also had a lot of difficulty explaining their deposit policy and got frustrated when I said it didn't make sense. The white towels in the bathroom had a stain on it. It wasn't horrible but non the less noticeable.

Summary: I couldn't check in early, not even by 5 minutes unless I paid $30. EVERY hotel I've been to, if the room is ready I"m welcomed to check in at no additional cost. One elevator stopped working for 30 minutes and was stuck on the fifth floor. Had to take the stairs.
